A manufacturing supervisor is needed to oversee daily operations in our Limerick facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team of production staff.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to motivate and develop their team, and demonstrate a high level of motivation and energy to achieve results.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Promoting a high standard of safety and housekeeping to ensure a safe working environment
  • Ensuring adherence to quality and control standards within the manufacturing areas
  • Providing front-line supervision for team members to ensure production targets are met
  • Maintaining workflow by setting and revising priorities and targets for the team

**Requirements:**

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of manufacturing goals and objectives
  • Strong team lead or people management skills within a cGMP manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated problem identification and problem-solving skills
  • Good decision-making skills and judgment within defined boundaries
