Job Title: Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced team leader to oversee the daily operations of a Day Center for the Elderly in Dublin.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior staff members to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations such as HACCP, Food Safety Standards, and Safeguarding.
  • Foster positive relationships with staff and attendees through effective communication and implementation of procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff as needed, monitoring and recording performance data.
  • Coordinate staff shifts and manage the receipt and distribution of food within the center.
Key Requirements:
  • Prior experience in compliance, HACCP, and regulatory standards within a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills.
  • QQI Level 5, care skills, healthcare support, HACCP training, knowledge of Hiqa, and the Health Act 2007 - 2013.
