Operational Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee daily onsite material processing, recovery, and disposal operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of all operational personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily onsite activities, including material processing, recovery, and disposal.
- Ensure compliance with environmental permits, legislation, and company procedures.
- Participate in senior management and SHEQ working groups to drive business improvement.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of staff.
- Liaise with colleagues on material transport and maintain plant availability, throughput, costs, and staffing to ensure safe operations.
- 5–7 years in supervisory or site management roles.
- Experience in waste management, construction, or industrial sectors preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
- Full driving license required.
