Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Operations Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

  • Drive hotel performance by achieving revenue, profitability, and efficiency targets through effective planning, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring consistent excellence in service and product quality across all departments.
  • Lead and develop department managers and their teams to achieve operational goals, promote a culture of safety and accountability, and foster open communication.
  • Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring compliance with hospitality standards, health & safety regulations, and HACCP requirements.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing and maintaining accurate financial reporting, revenue forecasts, and cost-control measures.
  • Delivering high-quality training and development programs for department managers and their teams.
  • Coordinating and participating in regular structured management meetings and team-building activities.
  • Supporting HR initiatives, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance reviews.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of leadership experience in hotel operations management or a senior HOD role.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate, train, and develop teams.
  • Deep knowledge of hospitality standards, health & safety, and compliance requirements.
