In response to our rapid growth, we're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner (Product & Eng) to join our team. This role will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering Leaders and the People Team to ensure the successful recruitment of industry-leading Product and Engineering teams globally. Key Responsibilities- Full Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, identify, interview, select, and offer top candidates.

- Provide strategic recruitment guidance to hiring managers.
- Oversee multiple open positions and maintain a robust talent network.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts, content development, and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with People Partners on budget management and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging talent trends and technologies.
- Take on additional recruitment and HR-related projects as needed.
