In response to our rapid growth, we're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner (Product & Eng) to join our team. This role will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering Leaders and the People Team to ensure the successful recruitment of industry-leading Product and Engineering teams globally. Key responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment, developing recruitment strategies, and providing expert advice to hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, identify, interview, select, and offer top candidates.
  • Develop expertise in our product, internal teams, and industry to inform effective recruitment strategies.
  • Design and implement innovative recruitment approaches to meet business needs.
  • Educate hiring teams on market trends, recruitment best practices, and process optimization.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences and ensure team service level agreements are met.
  • Pipeline and source internal and external talent for critical business roles.
  • Provide strategic recruitment guidance to hiring managers.
  • Oversee multiple open positions and maintain a robust talent network.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts, content development, and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with People Partners on budget management and talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging talent trends and technologies.
  • Take on additional recruitment and HR-related projects as needed.
