Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Insurance Advisor. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with customers and providing top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers in selecting the right insurance coverage
- Building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and insurers
- Developing customer rapport, understanding their insurance needs, and delivering exceptional customer service
- Completing policy renewals, making amendments, and answering queries
- Establishing new business relationships
- Processing insurance documents to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
About You:
To excel in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and strong time management skills. While prior insurance experience is beneficial, it's not mandatory. A relevant qualification and genuine interest in the insurance sector are essential.
