Dual Salesforce and Financial Analyst

The Panel Group is seeking a dual Salesforce and financial analyst to join our team as a key contributor to our data-driven decision-making process. As a seasoned expert in both areas, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through strategic analysis and recommendations.

This is a unique opportunity to combine your technical expertise in Salesforce with your analytical skills to drive business outcomes. You will work closely with our leadership team to identify opportunities for improvement and develop targeted solutions using Salesforce and other data analytics tools.

• Analyse complex business problems and develop actionable recommendations using data analytics and Salesforce.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation to ensure seamless collaboration and data sharing.
• Design and implement Salesforce configurations to meet business needs, including custom objects, workflows, automation, and security profiles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and tools.
• Presentation of insights and findings to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Over 10+ years in FP&A, Data Analytics, forecasting and reporting with strong Salesforce Administrator background (Cert is desirable) with a degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field.
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration, security, workflows, Process Builder, and Flow.
• Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
