Job Title: Health and Safety Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's health and safety policies and procedures, developing all health and safety plans to align with current legislations, coordinating all health and safety activities on various sites, managing and coordinating health and safety officers and advisors, ensuring that regular site visits and inspections are completed and the relevant paperwork is completed, ensuring that all accidents/incidents are dealt with appropriately and plans are made to avoid these situations, liaising with internal and external auditors in regards to health and safety processes within the company, preparing and coordinating training for all employees, attending meetings with senior management, attending site meetings, and ensuring that extremely high standards are maintained throughout the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Health and Safety degree or qualification
  • 5 years plus experience in a similar position
  • Able to manage a health and safety team
  • Excellent communicator
  • NEBOSH cert
  • Confident in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Full driving licence
