Manufacturing Operations Associate

Job Overview

The Manufacturing Operations Associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of production equipment. Key responsibilities include operating and maintaining equipment, monitoring performance, and conducting quality checks to guarantee product excellence.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain production equipment to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management.
  • Maintain accurate production records and logs for analysis and improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
