We are seeking an experienced Early Years Educator to join our team. As an educator, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of young children, aged 2-12 years, through high-quality care and education.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging daily activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children.
  • Build strong relationships with families, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver curriculum, adhering to current guidelines.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized learning environment.

Requirements

  • Fetac Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working with young children in an early years setting.
  • Living within commuting distance of Dublin, Ireland.
  • Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate must be living in Ireland and able to attend an interview in person.
