- Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and deliver HR initiatives to foster employee engagement, improve morale, and reduce attrition.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify development opportunities and career pathways for employees.
- Implement performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and employee growth.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring a fair and consistent approach aligned with employment law and company policies.
- Mediate and resolve complex employee issues to maintain a positive work environment.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, ensuring they are efficient and fit for the demands of a contact center environment.
- Leverage HR systems and tools to improve service delivery and employee experience.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in HR, with at least 3-5 years in a senior HR role within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven expertise in employee relations, organizational development, and engagement strategies.
- Experience working in a contact center or similar high-volume, high-pressure environment is advantageous.
