About the Opportunity
We are looking for an Account Management Executive to join our team at Hayward Hawk. As an Account Management Executive, you will be responsible for enhancing brand awareness across various customer segments and markets, managing and developing customer accounts with set sales targets, and providing excellent customer service by ensuring accessibility and responsiveness.
Main Responsibilities:
- Enhance brand awareness across various customer segments and markets.
- Manage and develop customer accounts with set sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring accessibility and responsiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Assist in marketing activities, including customer campaign engagement.
- Deliver on-site customer training, sharing best practices in product knowledge and storage.
- Collaborate with external sales teams to attend joint meetings with end-users.
- Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and follow-up communications.
- Analyse target markets and competition to create strategic engagement plans.
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to achieve regional sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
