Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Agile Coach. You will be responsible for driving agile transformation within organisations, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement agile strategies, ensuring seamless delivery and value generation.
  • Provide expert guidance on Lean and Agile principles, serving as an Agile coach in technical or business elements and facilitating team sessions.
  • Establish collaborative partnerships with stakeholders to ensure leadership buy-in across both Business and IT, promoting successful delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating agility metrics and value tracking across the SDLC.
  • Foster an environment that encourages innovative thinking, analysis, design, development, testing, and management in an Agile environment.

Requirements

  • Must have certification as either a Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Coach (CSC), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agilist.
  • Proven experience in squad coaching and mentoring, with excellent relationship management skills and the ability to act as a point of contact for all external and internal clients/stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, persuasion, and influence, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience delivering and supporting IT projects in the financial/Banking domain.
