Project Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on large-scale M&E projects worth a minimum of €5 million.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Manage project finances, including budgets and forecasts.
  • Work collaboratively with project teams to achieve project goals.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential losses.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications:

You must have:

  • Extensive experience in Irish Contracting with a focus on M&E projects.
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
  • Significant experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of contract law and dispute resolution.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
