Health and Safety Professional Role

This role involves providing expert advice and guidance to staff and senior management on health and safety matters. Key responsibilities include reviewing incidents, risk assessments, and sourcing equipment and training requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough reviews of incidents, risk assessments, and obtain quotes for necessary equipment, training, and PPE.
  • Draft clear, concise communications for internal use, provide email advice, review existing policies, conduct regular H&S inspections/audits, and undertake site visits as required.
Requirements:
  • Possession of the Nebosh General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Hold a full current driving license enabling access to transportation within Northern Ireland.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of health and safety principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
