Loan Growth Manager Position

The Loan Growth Manager will oversee the daily operation of our lending function. The primary goal is to enhance and grow our loan portfolio while ensuring lending policies align with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the lending team and manage the lending function
  • Assess and approve loans according to regulations and within policy guidelines
  • Review and improve lending policies, processes, and procedures
  • Identify new business growth opportunities
  • Develop a comprehensive lending strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Relevant qualification in credit management or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a results-driven lending role
  • Minimum of 3 years of people management experience
  • Experience working in a financial services institution or a regulated Credit Union
