The Role
This position involves working with our expert teams to characterise bioactive peptides throughout the discovery and early development phases. As an analytical scientist, you will be responsible for designing experiments, performing analyses, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of technical developments. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include sample preparation for LC-MS/MS analysis, working with cross-functional teams, designing experiments, using electronic laboratory notebooks, and adhering to laboratory safety protocols. Additionally, you will be responsible for administrative duties such as equipment management and supplier coordination, ensuring compliance with regulatory policies and procedures.

About You
We are looking for a highly organised individual with strong interpersonal skills, flexible teamwork, and excellent communication abilities. As a collaborative worker, you should be able to describe complex scientific information to non-scientific audiences. Your ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines is crucial in this role. A Master's degree in analytical chemistry or a relevant field, along with at least 2 years of industry experience, is required.
