Job Title: Mainenance and Groundskeeper

About the Job:
In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance of our properties' grounds and facilities. Your tasks will include painting, decorating, and gardening, as well as performing preventative maintenance routines in tiling, plumbing, and carpentry. You will also be responsible for monitoring the health of all plants and greenspaces, watering and feeding plants, trimming trees and shrubs, fertilizing and mowing lawns, weeding gardens and keeping green spaces and walkways clear of debris and litter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of grounds and facilities
• Painting and decorating

• Performing preventative maintenance routines
• Monitoring plant health

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous maintenance experience, Safe Pass certification is a plus. Qualifications in trades such as painting, plumbing, or construction are desirable. Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks. Detail-oriented and standards-driven. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility in working hours is required. Good command of English.
