Global Operations Leadership

As a senior leader in operations, you will be responsible for shaping the manufacturing architecture to successfully develop and launch new products. This is a highly visible and impactful role leading a global team responsible for on-time and on-budget performance through the new product development cycle.

You will provide program leadership to drive strategic and tactical activities for operations on the New Product Development Core team. Responsibilities may include:

  • Leading an extended operations team comprising of Supply Management, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Development, Packaging and Supply Chain.
  • Championing the Voice of Operations (VOO) and driving planning and execution to ensure scope, schedule, and budget alignment between operations and core team functions.
  • Tracking and managing operations KPIs such as Predictive LBM's, Predictive RTY's, Capacity Planning & BOM Readiness.
  • Demonstrating strong financial acumen with managing direct expense, capital, unit pricing & free cash flow.
  • Leading Design Transfer and Commercial Build Readiness to ensure quality system compliance to achieve production readiness and successful product launches.

Key Skills and Experience Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering/science or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience as a Program Manager leading large-scale new product development programs.
  • Proven Operations experience with depth of knowledge in at least two Operations function.
