Job Description:

This exciting opportunity exists for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join the Global Tech Ops and Quality Finance team at TN Ireland on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis in Dublin.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Support the timely completion of financial tasks, including month-end and quarter-end closures.
  2. Collaborate with the Tech Ops and Quality Finance team to drive business outcomes and improve processes.
  3. Engage with Contract Manufacturing Organisation (CMO) interactions and facilitate effective communication with Procurement.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient collaboration.
  5. Provide analytical support to help inform business decisions.
  6. Work closely with senior finance team members to develop quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, with ACA/ACCA qualification required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Familiarity with US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
  • Desirable to have experience in Biotech or Pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in accounting software packages, such as SAP, is beneficial.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • English fluency is essential.
  • Self-motivated individual with ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
