Job Summary

To excel as a Senior Principal Digital Design Architect, you will be responsible for crafting and specifying cutting-edge Ethernet Networking IP solutions, translating real-world application needs into innovative system architecture.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and specify Ethernet Networking IP systems to meet industry standards.
  • Drive strategic decisions regarding hardware and software architecture, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Manage requirements and traceability, maintaining accurate documentation and records.
  • Build strong relationships with senior management to align on architectural direction and priorities, fostering collaboration and open communication.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 15 years of industry experience in Digital IP and Architecture, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong technical expertise in Ethernet IP, including design, development, and testing.
  • An automotive background is highly desirable, providing valuable insights and knowledge.
  • Experience developing processes and solving complex problems, with the ability to adapt and evolve in a rapidly changing environment.
