Site Manager Job Overview

The role of a Site Manager is crucial in ensuring the successful completion of construction projects. At our organization, we are seeking experienced professionals to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing site safety procedures and ensuring compliance with corporate governance and business ethics
  • Leading a multi-functional team and attending regular meetings to discuss project progress
  • Tracking manpower levels for sub-contractors and maintaining accurate records of site activities
  • Assisting with equipment control and quality control checks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree or similar level qualification
  • 4+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial and/or residential projects
  • Excellent communication, planning, leadership, and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and possess a full driving license
  • Experience working with a Tier 1 contractor is highly desirable
