Roofing Specialist

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team in Belfast and Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will work on social housing maintenance projects for a leading construction company.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in similar roles and hold a Level 3 NVQ in a relevant trade or equivalent. They will be responsible for providing a high-quality service to tenants, capturing additional work, and maintaining compliance with materials and workmanship schedules.

The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and liaison skills. The successful candidate will also be responsible for overseeing and assisting in the training of apprentices as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a high-quality service to tenants within domestic properties
• Capture and communicate additional work to the relevant person using the company's PDA system
• Ensure compliance with timeframes, target dates, and material co-ordination
• Maintain and care for company tools and equipment
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contract administrators, and head office staff

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Level 3 NVQ in a relevant trade or equivalent
• Previous trades experience in a similar role
• Up-to-date relevant industry knowledge and Health and Safety legislation
• Current and valid Full & Clean UK driving license and Valid CSR Card
