  • Liaise with care staff, clients, and families to ensure the best possible care experience.
  • Utilise One Touch System software to manage scheduling and administrative tasks.
  • Respond to staffing and scheduling challenges with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
  • Work closely with the care team to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

About You:

  • You have at least 2 years of previous experience as a Care Coordinator in the home care sector.
  • You have a strong working knowledge of One Touch System software (preferred).
  • You possess exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • You can work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Benefits:

  • Salary: €35-40k per year, paid bi-weekly or monthly.
  • Office-based role in Meath/West Meath (Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm, 37.5 hours per week).
  • Annual Leave: 21 days per year (including Good Friday).
  • Tax-Free Bonus: €1,000 paid in December each year.
  • Salary Review: Annual salary review with performance-based increases.
