As a key member of our Butchery team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our butchery department meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.

The Role:

This is a full-time position working an average of 45 hours per week, 5 days over 7, including weekends and public holidays.


Main Responsibilities:

General counter service duties Assisting the butchery team in the day-to-day operations of this busy department Counter merchandising/displays.

Providing exceptional customer care to all customers.
HACCP Duties.

Requirements:
Must be fluent in the English Language both written and spoken.
A minimum of 2/3 years experience working as a butcher in a busy premises is essential.
Must have a strong knowledge of fresh meat/butchery products.
HACCP trained.

Must have excellent customer care skills Must have strong people skills Must have strong communications skills Must be available to work early starts and late finishes and weekends.

Must be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
