The successful candidate will have a strong background in consulting, with experience in project management, client engagement, and business development. They will be able to identify and pursue new opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and lead high-performing teams to achieve outstanding results.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the business and expand services to existing clients;
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners;
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement new services and solutions;
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field;
- At least 15 years of experience in environmental consulting, with a focus on project management and client engagement;
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies, lead cross-functional teams, and drive revenue growth;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Relevant certifications and licenses, such as NEPA or CDM practices;
