Associate Director Opportunity

Job Title: Associate Director - Civil and Structures

Sector: Civil & Structural Engineering

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Contract Type: Permanent

Access Talent Group is currently working with one of Ireland's biggest Civil & Structural consultancies to bring on an Associate Director to their Dublin office. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead a pipeline of projects, ranging from large-scale commercial and residential builds to educational and healthcare.

This is a permanent role, providing job security and the chance to make an immediate impact. You will hit the ground running, getting started straight away on these variety of projects. The ideal candidate will be a great people-person, a multi-tasker, and have the relevant technical experience.

To be considered for this role:

  • You must be a 15+ years Structural or Senior Structural Engineer, graduated with a relevant Civil or Structural Degree, with those 12+ years being on Irish projects post-grad.
  • Chartered or working towards chartered status.
  • Any experience at a similar level would be advantageous.
  • Team Lead experience on a set of civil and structural projects.
  • Experience in the relevant software is desirable.

As well as receiving a competitive salary, the successful applicant will receive a company pension contribution up to 8%, 30 days annual leave, and an annual company bonus based on personal performance.
