We seek a highly skilled HR Manager to shape our hotel culture and drive outstanding performance. As a key member of our team, you will lead and manage hotel operations effectively, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strategic growth, and high-performance standards while fostering a positive work environment.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will oversee all recruitment and selection for the property, including internal hiring and succession planning. They will also drive Training and Development amongst the staff to ensure that our talent is ready to take the next steps in their careers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and selection for the property, including internal hiring and succession planning.
  • Driving Training and Development amongst the staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Creating and driving the engagement strategy within the hotel to boost morale and productivity.
  • Maintaining employee compliance standards for the hotel, including proper HR Records and documentation.
  • Overseeing the payroll budget and processing for the hotel through the Time and Attendance system.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an HR role, ideally in a Hotel or customer-focused environment.
  • A proactive approach with strong self-motivation.
  • A degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.
  • A CIPD qualification is preferred.
  • Experience in driving employee engagement and improving business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the business.
