Job Summary
A highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst is sought to join our team in a key role, focused on real estate automation. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned professional to design, develop, and implement automated solutions for our real estate business. As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will work closely with product owners, engineers, and QA teams to identify business requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful project delivery. Your expertise will be essential in streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and driving innovation in our organization.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for automated solutions
- Prioritize features based on business impact and criticality
- Develop detailed acceptance criteria for automated test cases
- Support defect management processes by logging, tracking, and triaging defects identified during testing
- Work closely with product owners, engineers, and QA teams to facilitate communication and ensure alignment on testing priorities and requirements

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in application modernization or software testing environments
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and prioritization
- Familiarity with defect management and triage processes
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
