  1. Oversee a team of Evaluators and Analysts responsible for monitoring and analyzing Search & Account related projects.

  2. Develop training programs for Evaluators to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

  3. Establish processes for identifying and handling escalated issues that may require additional review or action.

  4. Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to boost performance levels.

  5. Work with cross-functional teams to identify needs, concerns, and areas for improvement, and contribute to the optimization of evaluation and quality performance.

  6. Provide weekly and monthly reports on evaluation conclusions to stakeholder teams.

  7. Collaborate with other teams on special projects and initiatives as necessary.
