Job Summary

Nua Healthcare Services is a leading Private Healthcare Provider, specializing in Residential and Supported Living Services to both children and adults with complex support needs.

We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Social Care Workers and Assistant Support Workers. The successful candidates will be provided with all necessary training and development in line with the role.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the Social Care Worker and Assistant Support Worker include:

  • Supporting people with their daily plans and living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Assisting individuals while in the community and supporting them with education, skills development, and achieving personal outcomes.
  • Maintaining professional working relationships with team members and people who avail of our services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • No qualification required for Assistant Support Worker (all necessary training provided).
  • A Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline for Social Care Workers.
  • Good attitude to work and passion for supporting people.
  • A Full Driver's Licence required or in the process of achieving a Full Driver's Licence.
