About the Role
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and strategic discussions.
    • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality financial services and meeting client expectations.
  • Financial Services Delivery:
    • Oversee and coordinate the provision of accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory services to clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
    • Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and add value to client relationships.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the finance team to address client needs and deliver on commitments.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and services.
  • Client Growth and Retention:
    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
    • Actively participate in business development initiatives to attract new clients.
Key Qualifications
  • Qualified Accountant with at least 8 years of experience.
  • Proven experience in client management within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
