Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Governance Support Specialist to join our team at Boardmatch Ireland Ltd. As Community Nominee for our Board of Management, this role will be responsible for supporting the school management with various tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the management of cleaning regimes
- Assist with applications for remediation works, remedial works, health and safety assessments, maintenance, emergency works grants, and networking with associated trades and professionals
- Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations
Meetings and Scheduling:
The successful candidate will attend approximately five Board of Management meetings per year, with intermittent remote meetings during the school year. Minor works and ground works are typically scheduled during midterm breaks or winter/summer school closures.
