Job Description

Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement quality assurance systems to ensure compliance with customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  2. Manage and maintain the quality management system (QMS) to ensure it is effective and efficient in meeting customer needs.
  3. Lead internal audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  4. Schedule and manage quality staff to meet production plans and ensure team agility.
  5. Drive continuous improvement within the Quality department through process improvements and training programs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of quality management experience with proven relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement, and WCM methodologies.
  • Experience with ISO, ISO, and cGMP standards.
  • Deep understanding of process validation and risk management.
