We are seeking a Funeral Operative to join our team on a fixed-term, part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of professional driving experience and hold a SPSV license and full clean driving license.
This role involves working with bereaved families, providing sensitivity, professionalism, empathy, compassion, and understanding. You will be responsible for transporting the deceased, coordinating funeral arrangements, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Transporting the deceased in a respectful and dignified manner
- Coordinating funeral arrangements with families and other stakeholders
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care to those in need, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements- At least 2 years of professional driving experience
- SPSV license and full clean driving license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
