**Occupational Health Specialist Opportunity**

Sisk Group is seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Health Specialist to join their team in Kildare. As a key member of the Life Science and Tech division, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of employees, clients, and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in the consistent rollout of company strategy and expectations within SOPs, guidance, etc.
  • Carry out high-quality safety inspections of Sisk workplaces at a frequency and with the intrusiveness as coached by the BU HSE Manager.
  • Perform risk reviews and attend sites following accidents/incidents to assist with investigations.
  • Liaise with enforcement authorities if they attend site on routine visits or to investigate following an incident.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 10 years of experience in the construction industry, ideally in Pharma.
  • At least 10 years of experience as a Health and Safety professional.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
