We are seeking a Senior Design Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a mechanical engineer with strong design skills and experience in leading projects.
- Design and lead the development of mechanical designs across water sector projects
- Work collaboratively with a design team, including Mechanical, Process, Civil, E&I, CP, and drafting team members
- Collaborate with the MEICA team to plan and deliver design work and deliverables
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge and expertise in mechanical engineering design software
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to promote knowledge-sharing and team development in design within the water infrastructure
- Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline
- At least 7 years of post-graduate experience
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with AutoCAD 'Plant 3D' modelling
- Good academic record
- Full clean driving license and own transport required
- Fluent written and spoken English is essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
