We are looking for a talented Software Engineering Manager to lead our team and drive innovation in the gaming industry. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for mentoring and growing engineering teams.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead a team of 6-10 Software and QA Engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management
  • Partner with Product Leads, Delivery Leads, and Technical Leads to align on the team's plan and objectives
  • Collaborate with service teams across Content Access Platform and the wider Player Platform business unit to ensure alignment on product configuration pipelines and tooling
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years experience as a Software Engineer, preferably on technical product teams that built tooling for services and APIs
  • 2+ years experience directly leading an engineering team either as an Engineering Manager or Technical Lead
