Key Responsibilities

- Negotiate real estate development transactions from beginning to end, including strategy development, financial analysis, and contract negotiation.
- Develop solutions that meet technical requirements of engineering teams and business objectives.
- Prepare and present transaction summaries to senior management regarding progress, financial approvals, and deal costs/benefits.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Development, Management, Urban Planning, or equivalent.
- 8+ years of commercial real estate transaction experience, with demonstrable data center or industrial development expertise.
- Proven track record in real estate transactions, including build-to-suit developments, land acquisitions, and complex deal negotiations.
- Experience in preparing and analyzing financial models alongside contract negotiation skills and ability to work effectively with legal counsel.
- Fluency in English and German.
