Occupational Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, planning, and delivering occupational therapy services in line with best practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development of the occupational therapy service within our organization.
  • Plan, manage, and deliver occupational therapy services ensuring a high-quality person-centred service.
  • Ensure professional ethics are adhered to in all aspects of service delivery.
  • Lead and manage the strategic development of the occupational therapy service.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with members of the Senior Management Team and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Be registered as an Occupational Therapist by the Occupational Therapists Registration Board at CORU.
  • Have a minimum two years full-time post-qualification clinical experience.
  • Maintain annual registration on the Occupational Therapists Register maintained by the Occupational Therapists Registration Board at CORU.
  • Evidence of participation in continued professional development.
  • Holds a full clean driving license and access to a car.
