Job Description

We are seeking a talented professional to fill the role of Customer Experience Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects across Europe, ensuring availability of resources to execute the scope of work, reviewing progress with assigned team leads, and identifying risks to mitigate in advance.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of commissioning experience in the Mission Critical sector and project delivery. They will possess solid background knowledge on how to safely start up and execute Cx programs, whether at site installations or at vendors premises.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects across Europe
  • Ensure availability of resources to execute the scope of work
  • Review progress with assigned team leads
  • Identify risks to mitigate in advance
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Motivated and result-driven resource with 10+ years of commissioning experience in the Mission Critical sector and project delivery
  • Solid background knowledge on how to safely start up and execute Cx programs
  • Ability to analyze situations, diagnose problems, identify key issues, establish and evaluate alternative courses of action, and produce logical, practical, and acceptable solutions
  • Ability to work co-operatively within a group and across teams to achieve goals in a respectful and inclusive manner
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal
