Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Operations and Maintenance Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, managing maintenance activities, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather in-depth knowledge of site operations and understand all implications of proposed projects.
  • Advocate on behalf of the site operations department to ensure delivery of high-quality project solutions.
  • Daily engagement with the project team, including project engineers, suppliers, contractors, and management.
  • Represent end-user interests during project design and scoping, ensuring EHS, training, and future maintenance plans are considered.
  • Develop and agree key performance indicators (KPIs) with the project team.
  • Maintain engagement with stakeholder departments throughout each project phase.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualification in mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years' experience in utility management within a large-scale manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work to best practice techniques such as lean manufacturing, Six Sigma/Business Excellence.
  • Motivated and self-driven individual with excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
