As a Business Requirements Analyst at Headcount Solutions, you will play a critical role in supporting the Workday Absence and Time project. This position involves collaborating with the internal SME who leads the HR workstream for the Time and Absence project.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the internal SME in gathering and documenting business requirements for the Workday Absence and Time modules
  • Documenting current and future state process maps
  • Supporting the testing and deployment activities under the guidance of the SME
  • Collaborating with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project execution
  • Working closely with HR teams, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of the Time and Absence modules with existing HR processes
  • Administering day-to-day operations and support for Core HR processes within Workday
  • Handling case management and resolving HR-related queries and issues
  • Generating and analyzing reports to provide insights into HR metrics and performance

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience as an HR Business Analyst or similar role, with exposure to Workday Absence, Time, and Core HR modules
  • Experience supporting international processes in multiple countries
  • Must be proficient in process mapping, with the ability to document and analyze both current and future state processes effectively
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong working knowledge in Workday operations and reporting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
