The Castle Spa is seeking a Wellness Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, maintaining the spa's facilities, and promoting our wellness services.
Key Responsibilities:- To ensure the smooth operation of the spa facilities.
- To provide exceptional guest experiences.
- To maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the spa areas.
- To pick up laundry/linen and stock and distribute throughout the spa.
- To ensure that all areas of the spa are fully stocked at all times.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work efficiently and productively in a team environment.
- High level of enthusiasm and energy.
- Fluent English language skills, both verbal and written.
