**Job Title:** Clinical Radiographer Specialist

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced radiographer to lead our MRI service. As a clinical specialist radiographer, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the MRI service, ensuring optimal use of resources and maintaining quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide radiographic staff in managing the MRI service.
  • Perform general and complex MRI procedures adhering to current legislation and professional standards.
  • Organize and prioritize workload based on clinical needs.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, protocols, and guidelines for the MRI service.
  • Prepare service plans, monitor their implementation, and maintain clinical data systems.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree in Radiography or Diploma of The College of Radiographers.
  • Registration with CORU.
  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification MRI experience.
  • Postgraduate MRI qualification recognized by IIRRT.
