About the Role

  1. Product Strategy & Roadmap
  • Define the product vision and align it with market trends, customer needs, and emerging cyber threats.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop next-generation security solutions.
  • Drive the development of AI-driven security analytics, network traffic analysis, and real-time detection capabilities.
Technical Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead engineering teams in developing robust security solutions.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance product usability and security workflows.
  • Engage with hardware teams for seamless integration of network security appliances.
Customer Engagement
  • Gather feedback from customers, partners, and field teams to improve security products.
  • SUPPORT pre-sales and post-sales teams in understanding and positioning security solutions.
Security Analytics & Threat Intelligence
  • Work with data science teams to enhance threat detection and analytics capabilities.
  • Define use cases for forensic investigations, behavioral analytics, and attack surface monitoring.
Product Launch & GTM Strategy
  • Develop marketing positioning, messaging, and sales enablement content.
  • Partner with business development, sales, and alliances to drive adoption and expansion in the cybersecurity market.

Required Experience and Skills

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 5 years of experience in Product Management, Security Engineering, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience bringing new products to market and scaling existing products to thousands of customers in multiple geographies.
  • Familiarity with network security, packet analysis, threat detection, and hardware security.
  • Experience working with UX teams to deliver intuitive security solutions.
  • Knowledge of network protocols, security operations (SOC), and incident response workflows.
  • Technical background with engineering collaboration (software, hardware, or cloud infrastructure).
  • Ability to think and act strategically, and pay attention to details.
  • Proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic and ownership mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

A degree in computer science or Business is preferred, along with certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP.
