Senior Technical Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Technical Specialist to spearhead our process development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive yield improvements by leading cross-functional teams in equipment design, process parameters, and component control.
- Develop and execute process characterization tools for medical device processes, focusing on laser welding and soldering techniques.
- Establish and implement validation plans that comply with regulatory standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis, experimentation, and best practices.
- Initiate and drive corrective actions and process enhancements based on findings from characterization and validation efforts.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and R&D teams to drive alignment and achieve project goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, validations, and compliance efforts.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's of Engineering or equivalent and a minimum of 10-15 years' experience in a similar role. They should have deep experience with Design of Experiments, statistical methods, and be able to navigate complexities and drive success through project management.
