Job Title: Club Leadership Executive

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the non-playing aspects of our club. The successful candidate will develop and execute a long-term business strategy, fostering a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the club's long-term business strategy, ensuring alignment with our vision.
  • Commercial Development: Lead and expand commercial initiatives to strengthen our financial base and brand presence.
  • Matchday & Fan Experience: Oversee all aspects of matchday operations and fan experiences, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
  • Facility Management: Oversee operations and development of our facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
  • Financial Oversight: Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring robust financial controls and transparent reporting.
  • People Leadership: Provide leadership across our workforce, ensuring they are engaged and supported.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain transparent governance.
  • Community & Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and nurture strong relationships with business and community partners.
Requirements:
  • Proven Leadership: Proven experience in sports management or a related industry.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial skills with experience in revenue generation and brand development.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Operational Management: Experience managing budgets and overseeing complex operations.
