Programme Overview

You'll develop strong management, interpersonal, and technical skills while working on business-critical projects in a fast-paced environment. You'll be encouraged to seek new experiences, collaborate across teams, and contribute to meaningful transformation initiatives that support our strategy.

The Opportunity
  • Involvement in internal management reporting and external financial reporting, including interim and annual statutory accounts, pre-close statements, published accounts, and investor briefings.
  • Development of expertise in management information (MI), data analytics, and deep product knowledge in areas such as treasury and financial instruments, risk management, balance sheet strategy, and capital requirements.
  • Opportunities to work with colleagues across various levels and divisions, helping you build a strong professional network.
  • Regular engagement with senior leadership, including the CEO and Executive Committee.
  • Access to our Digital Academy and Mentorship Programme, offering guidance and insight into future career paths.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Undergraduate or Master's degree (achieved or expected) in any subject area.
