Southern Region Equipment Technician Job Description

As a Refrigeration/Catering Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for the repair and upkeep of all our equipment on an ongoing basis. This includes troubleshooting and problem-solving of catering & refrigeration equipment, performing routine and preventive maintenance, and maintaining accurate records and logs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience and a good working knowledge of refrigeration and catering equipment, servicing, and maintenance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving of catering & refrigeration equipment.
  • Repair and maintenance of catering equipment such as ice cream and milkshake machines, Henny Penny fryers, Henny Penny grills, Taylor grills, Fry Master, pizza ovens, hot counters, ovens, dishwashers, toasters, and refrigeration.
